Our Onboarding portal is designed to help people joining trust get access to systems and the trust easily and quickly.

If you are a new starter joining the trust, or an existing member of staff needing a smartcard registration, you can submit your documents using this process.

Requirements:
Passport Style photograph
2 Photo ID’s and 1 Document with Proof of Address or
1 Photo ID and 2 Documents with Proof of Address

If you are a new starter joining the trust and have been asked to submit a passport style photograph for your ID Card/Smartcard, please complete this form. If you have completed the Identity Registration form, you do not need to complete this form.

If you are a new starter joining the trust, you will need to complete the General Statement of Confidentiality form.
